Archana Raghuraman (Arch) is a first-generation Indian American singer, entrepreneur, and innovator based in New Jersey, working at the intersection of music, technology, and business. With academic degrees spanning Music, Engineering, and an MBA, she has built a multidisciplinary career bridging the worlds of corporate innovation, startups, and the arts.
Arch spent over five years in Product and Marketing roles at Google and later worked in Corporate Venture Capital at SAP’s NYC Foundry, supporting emerging B2B SaaS founders and innovation ecosystems. In 2020, she founded TheONcompany, a music-tech venture focused on initiatives that ethically combine music and technology to use them as powerful tools to advance education and wellness, building tech-enabled, human-led ecosystems for the future.
A recognized innovator, Archana was named to New Jersey’s Top 100 Innovators and received the GRIT Award for exceptional perseverance.
Alongside her entrepreneurial work, Arch has maintained an active career in music and film. She was a contestant on Indian Idol, recorded for some of the largest music labels in Bollywood, and is now making her debut in International films. Arch most recently composed and performed the title track of HER Song, a film by Academy award winning filmmaker James Ivory. Her biggest musical milestone to date is co-leading a performance that earned a Guinness World Records recognition for the world’s largest choir singalong.
